Copy files to c/windows/system 32 and syswow 64

Method 1: Registering a DLL file

1. Open Command Prompt as an administrator by searching for cmd, right-clicking it, and selecting "Run as administrator". 
2. Type the command: regsvr32 followed by the full path to the DLL file, for example: regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\isdone.dll
